Patient with hx. fibromyalgia/MVP, otherwise a healthy 60 yoa female. Has had frozen shoulder x1yr, PT this summer, Presently no pain, very limited ROM. Begining to experience twitching sensations in back area.

I take aldatcone I also take Verapamil for pre-hypertension (well controlled). I understand that Milnacipran raises blood pressure so I have to watch that.
