My doctor wont diagnose me with Fibromyalgia even though I have all the symptoms and got a neg Lyme and lupus, result and the rest of my blood work looked ok ….I don’t know what to do …

Could you please describe the pain you experienced prior to diagnosis of fibromyalgia? Please explain where the pain predominantly was and what it felt like. How was it for you at night?
Is the specialist you need to see a rheumatologist?
