I have helped other people with Fibromyalgia put their problem to rest. There are a few things you need to do to take care of the problem. But it is easier to explain than type put three pages if info. Basically you will need to change the enviroment you are in and get the right supplements if you really want this to get better contact me. I have helped many and plan on helping many more.
ive found prayer is the best treatment for anything =). but my mom has fibromyalgia and her doctor gave her these pills called neurotin (i think i spelled it right) and she says they help the most. i know that that is a tough disease to deal with, youll be in my prayers!

1I have fibro and this is what I have found to help:
Do not sleep more than 8 hours at a time. Even if you do not sleep well, get up and get on with the day. If you have to take a nap later, its ok.
Midol and Pamprin help with the pain.
Take a hot shower in the morning. THe moist heat seems to help.
Get rid of any stress you can.
Yoga. I borrowed a basic tape from the library and it helps.
Massage therapy. really. but talk to several and find one who understand fibro.
Don’t stress on people who don’t believe you. Be open and honest, and if they think you are faking, let them go.
Best of luck,
gypsy
