I take 800 mg. naproxen/Aleve and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime, and take Arnica (a homeopathic herb) as needed for flareups. These things work for me 90 percent of the time, but I typically don't get enough rest--which is my own fault. A healthy diet of organic and all natural foods, really good vitamins and daily exercise (like walking or yoga) is the best treatment. Don't believe all the crap about cures and quick fixes.
