I have ME, Fibromyalgia and chronic abdominal pain after severe gynae problems and a hysterectomy. I am only 26 and have had to give up a brilliant fulltime career. My GP is totally unsympathetic and is just ramming me full of Morphine everyday both slow release twice daily morphine and quick acting. This just makes me more spaced out and tired. I am in agony all day and finally even though I have no income have booked a private appt with a consultant as the waiting list was massive. Anybody got any advise about this or maybe tell me what treatments work for you? I am desperate and have no life at the moment. I had surgery 3 weeks ago and am due for more in 4 weeks so I know things are going to get worse…xx
