I have had this problem for 6 years and I still feel I have not got the answer to my problem. I have pain in my lower arm and hands. It is a burning and aching and tingling sensation and it is in all of my fingers. I also have knots in my upper arm and if I touch them it hurts so bad I jump. My sholders and neck ache and everday. This is not like I have just worked it too hard. It hurts really bad. I also feel acid coming out if I massage my neck or shoulders. Nothing over the counter helps. Heat helps when they get tight. I have had a nerve tests done and they said nothing was wrong with my nerves. I have a hard time going to sleep but once I do get to sleep I have to sleep for at least 12 hours. I have been told the I have fibromyalgia however I have tried everything that they said should help and it doesn’t. I’m in so much pain I can’t work or go to school. if anyone knows what this might be give me some information. Thanks
