Im 20 and I was diagnosed with both fibromyalgia and ADD in junior high. I can’t afford to see a doctor regularly and am not abig fan of taking medications without it being necessary.

Most of day-to-day pain is in my neck and upper back (although certain activities can make the pain worse in other places) and it gives me frequent headaches. Sitting and studying is often painful, but the addition of meds for my ADD makes it worse.

What are, or where can I find, some stretching and relaxation techniques that will help relieve some of this tension so that I can study and/or help promote focus?

I’m not opposed to supplements or OTC meds, although most otc meds dont really help, but as I mentioned I can’t afford to see someone reularly in order to get a prescription pain medication.

Thanks
