You might be developing arthritis in your hand joints. Fibromyalgia is a popular diagnosis lately but I think it’s more of a generalized pain all over your body.
Fibro is a pain almost everywhere, legs, arms, lower back, upper back, neck bit like having the Flu without the head cold symptoms. Pains in the joints of the hands tend to be from inflammation, commonly known as Arthritis. However over 100 different forms of Arthritis, so you need to see a Doc and get some tests done. Usually they will do a physical exam, then some blood tests, depending on how mobile the joints are they may or may not do some x-rays. Good Luck
