I have an aunt that is suffering from fibromyalgia. She really needs some help to find some natural, easy, home remedies for dealing with it. Any food or vitamins she can take that will relive the pain and help with fatigue. She basically just wants to try to feel normal again, she is so outgoing and loves to have fun, but since her diagnosis of fibromyalgia she is VERY TIRED and sore all the time. Most of her week she sleeps either because she can’t deal with the pain or because she didn’t sleep the night before. She really feels like she has lost herself. I have searched for some advice online but I don’t know much about it and could use some help, maybe from someone who has delt with this personally. Thanks in advance!

1Fibromyalgia really sucks. It’s a chronic disorder, which means it lasts a long time. Some things that can provide some relief is eating well, getting sleep, and exercising. Though these won’t end Fibromyalgia, it can help provide some relief from it. I have fibromyalgia, and I’ve been following some of these techniques for a while now, and it certainly helps. Also, check the link in my source area for some more information. It’s a company that provides you with a free e-book for a quick signup for more relief methods. Check it out, it really helped me.

2I have fibromyalgia… it sucks really really bad.
I have yet to find any natural remedies that will help. My doctor gave me Cymbalta and it has worked wonders!!! I would say that 85% of my pain is GONE since I started taking it. There are a lot of side effects from Cymbalta, but I am glad I am on it.
