No foods that I know of.. Arthritis is a disease of the joints and Fibromyalgia is pain which develops from something gone wrong with the nerve endings. See your doctor if you have these things and you will not only be well informed on these things but treated for them if you suffer from them both..
There are no specific foods causing fibromyalgia and arthritis.
However, because there is a lot of inflammation in both cases, you would be well advised to avoid all pro-oxidants: processed carbohydrates (sugar, bread, ice-cream), coffee, alcohol.
Instead try to eat all seafood, fish, white meat, vegetables and plenty of water.

but eating healthy will help optomize teh body and may take teh edge off teh conditions
Fibro-is a neuro disorder–but not necessarily the nerve endings-
it is a problem with the brain/central nervous system
