I have fibromyalgia, and so many medicines cause me to suffer from shin splints. I have COPD, I have found out that I can not take steroids. They cause severe shin splints.What other form of medicine is out there, and is there anything that I can do when I get this pain? I can not take advair, spariva, or asthmax…any sugestoins would be helpful.
