If you don't have gout, a problem with uric acid levels, diabetes and aren't pregnant you should try DRibose.

DRibose is used by the body as a way to use the energy that is supposed to happen on the cellular level . People who have fibromaylgia tend to have chemical imbalances in their bodies, poor nutrient processes that prevent our bodies from working properly to covert the nutrients we eat into substances our bodies are supposed to make to complete the chemical connections to power our cells and our bodies. Its complicated but about 69 % of the people with fibromyalgia/cfs who try it find help from DRibose.

I have several articles, studies on my 360 page that you should read and maybe make the choice to give it a six week trial to see if it helps you also. I have fibro and have found several things including DRibose that help me to have lower pain levels, better sleep and a better quality of life.

Have you ever just laid down and tried to go to sleep? OR are you always up and moving around and don't want to lay down. Maybe you need muscle relaxers? anti anxiety meds? Youre not going crazy just need to be pain free and sleep really bad. I wish the best for you.
