I have fibromyalgia which causes me to have pain in my muscles and joints but I also have very clicky joints. I’ve tried looking online to see if this is another symptom of fibro but can’t seem to find anything. Does anyone know if fibromyalgia and clicking joints can be linked?

I had a hystorectomy 5 days ago under general anesthetic. For the last 3 days, I have had severe neck pain and stiffness. I am taking utram for pain. Could this be from the anesthtic or something else related to the surgery? I am 32 and also have fibromyalgia. Please help. Thanks
